I woke up this morning thinking about this story and plotting. This is the first time this has happened in months. Maybe me deciding to start a story here on the blog and add to each day was the answer to my writer's block.
Here's a bit more.

Cam loosened his arms and tugged the custom to the man’s waist. The next moment the red fur lay in a puddle at the man’s feet. Amusement at the sight of the man’s slim bare feet curved Cam’s lips into a small smile.
Cam held out his hand. “Let’s go get a drink.”
The small man turned and place his hand in Cam’s.
Time stopped.
In the glow from a beer sign hanging on the wall next to them, Cam met a gaze made of ice blue. Never before had he encountered eyes of that color. His bear roared and his guts cramped into knots.

Keaton Daniels watched Cameron Martin Kodiak ground his teeth together and wince. Could it be that the huge man’s insides were feeling as if vice grips were clamping down on them? Would he turn caveman and claim Keaton? Could the legends of the bear people, the stories of his family be true?
The need to kneel before the man was something new. Keaton had never felt that way before. Was he the first of his cousins to be successful in their search for true happiness? Prickles of hope and anticipation race up and down over Keaton’s skin.
Leaving his costume abandoned on the floor, Keaton let the big man lead him toward the bar.
